Return Policy

Once Received Goods by Courier ,  Customer need within 24 hours notice us "Dead On Arrival" or "Received Wrong Item" or other .Please Notice us by email [email protected].  Customer kindly photo to us " goods in original packing box".

If customer personaly gives mistake in order information, Return Policy are not apply . 

 

"Received Wrong Item" The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. 

 

WA GIFT PREMIUM Will Provide Free Serivces "Return Back" by Gdex in Return Policy. Conformation valid return will be email notice customer within 7 Working days Gdex will be pickup from customer "Return Back"Services .

Note: If after 7 days our Courier G-Dex no pick-up from customer, on the time Customer can ship your return item using any courier service and your courier fee will be reimbursed if is a valid return. Important : If Within 7 days customer ship any courier service and courier fee will be non-reimbursed , return by customer  will  not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit by customer sender.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their replacement goods within 7 Working days- 21 Working dasy after the confirmation recieved goods return  .
